Hola amigos,

It's getting colder and colder outside, so it's time to retreat to the warmth of the fireplace. And a glass of Higherlikör, an egg liqueur with a special effect, goes very well with this. The cannabinoids not only warm your heart, they also make you think warm thoughts. 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 8 fresh egg yolks (size M)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 250 g icing sugar
  • 340 ml condensed milk (7.5 % fat)
  • 350 ml white Weed Rum

This is how it's done:

First, mix the egg yolks and the pulp of the vanilla pod in a metal bowl and then gradually add the icing sugar, condensed milk and the Weed rum are stirred in. Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and whisk the highliqueur mixture over the hot water bath for about six minutes until thick and creamy.

Then fill the Higher liqueur into bottles with the help of a funnel and leave to cool. The Higher liqueur will keep well sealed in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.

The highliqueur becomes more solid if it stands for a longer period of time. Shaking the bottle makes it liquid again and it is easy to pour into glasses.
