Shipping damage

If items arrive damaged, we will replace them without exception. Please notify us by email within 3 days so that we can quickly resolve the matter. Please fill in the form below and send us a photo to shipping(a)1000Seeds.info. We will arrange for the damaged product to be collected, inspected as soon as we receive it and then send a replacement or issue a voucher for your next purchase.

Revocation within 14 days

If you are not satisfied with a grow product, you can cancel your purchase in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The prerequisite for this is that the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs.

This is the procedure:

  1. Fill out the return form at the bottom of this page and send the form to us.
  2. You will receive an email from us within 3 days with a return slip, which you enclose with the return.
  3. Print this return slip and fill in the necessary fields so that we can identify the return safely and quickly and make a refund immediately.
  4. Pack the item well and make sure that the original packaging is present and undamaged. Send the package/parcel to us.
  5. Once it arrives, we will check the item(s) and issue a refund to your account or a voucher for your next purchase with us.

There is no right of withdrawal for the following goods:

  • Seeds
  • Cosmetic products
  • Vaporizer
  • perishable goods
  • Goods that are sealed for hygienic reasons

Warranty

If a product purchased from us becomes defective within the European warranty periods (2 years), we will repair or replace it.

  1. Fill in the return form at the bottom of this page and send it to us. If possible, send a photo to: shipping(a)1000Seeds.info
  2. You will receive an email from us within 3 days with a return slip, which you enclose with the return. Our support will inform you whether the item must be returned to us. In this case, we will arrange a collection at our expense.
  3. As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it and then either repair it or send you a replacement.

Return costs

If the item is returned within 14 days, we will not refund the shipping costs. If an item was delivered damaged or if it is a warranty case, we will pay the return shipping costs if a return is necessary. Our support team will decide this on a case-by-case basis and inform you accordingly.

Please note

  • In the event of shipping damage or defects within the warranty period, please always send us a photo by email (shipping(a)1000Seeds.info) showing the damage accurately and clearly, if this is possible.
  • When returning goods to us, make sure that the goods are well and securely packed. Put the return note in the package so that we can reliably identify the return and settle everything quickly for you.
  • Seeds and other perishable products are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons
