Order

The order of the goods takes place with the sending of the order form. After sending, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If products are not available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries and send the missing goods immediately at our expense. Indicated delivery times are non-binding. We reserve the right to refuse orders. In this case, you will be informed immediately by email and we will transfer your money back to the account of your choice, if you have already transferred it.

Please note: Only 1x planting substrate 50L or 2x planting substrate 25 L can be ordered per order!

Payment options

Payment for the goods is made by bank transfer. As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, the goods will be dispatched immediately in a neutral bubble envelope or parcel.

Supply of substrates and soil

Please note: We can supply maximum 2x 50L substrates or soil per order.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. The purchase contract is concluded when the goods are delivered by us.

Transport and warranty

The (European) statutory warranty applies to our products. We do not accept any warranty for products if operating instructions, (assembly) instructions and our information have been disregarded or if improper use or use for a purpose other than that for which it was intended has led to damage. Obviously defective goods must not be put into operation, otherwise the warranty obligation is forfeited. In the event of a warranty claim, all necessary data and one or more informative photos of the damage must be sent to us. Depending on the case, we will decide whether the product must be returned to us at our expense.

We cannot guarantee the germination capacity of seeds from the different seed banks. Seeds have very short rotation times in our warehouse and are stored to the highest standards.

Product data and details

We make every effort to write product texts as carefully as possible and always use the information provided by the respective sperm bank. However, if there is a change that we do not immediately adopt or if a typing error creeps in, this does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement of this product. Of course, the right to the 14-day exchange period remains unaffected.

Age limit

We do not sell goods to persons under the age of 18. Every customer undertakes by purchasing from us that they are at least 18 years of age.

Effectiveness

The invalidity of individual points of these General Terms and Conditions of Business shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision which comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of its economic effect.

Availability

Unfortunately, it can happen in exceptional cases that seed banks or manufacturers cannot deliver immediately and therefore we do not have a variety or product in stock. When ordering seeds, you will receive cannabis seeds of a variety from the same seed bank that are absolutely similar in price and genetics or, if necessary, a larger package if the ordered one is not available, in order to avoid unnecessarily long waiting times. In this case there will be no price disadvantage for the customer. If a grow product is not in stock, it will be delivered a few days later. If this is the case, we will put a short info in the package(inner) so that the customer knows when and what will be delivered later. All other products will be sent out directly. We will bear the additional shipping costs that arise when a product is delivered later.

Place of jurisdiction

Place of performance, place of jurisdiction and applicable law The place of performance for the mutual services owed under the order as well as the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company 1000Seeds (Valencia). The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
