Canna-Cashew-Cinnamon Cream - a heavenly dessert infused with cannabinoids

This heavenly vegan dessert is super-simple, has a subtle sweet taste and an amazing creaminess. Combined with fresh berries or fruit compote, it becomes something really special. This cashew cream is also suitable as a topping for cannabis tarts or other pastries. You can serve the cannabis cream immediately or store it in the fridge for a few days.

Ingredients:

  • 150g raw cashews, soaked in 500ml water for 2-6 hours.
  • 60ml brown rice syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 40ml squeezed fresh orange juice
  • 10ml cannabis rum
  • 150g fresh fruits and berries
  • Possibly cashew milk

This is how it works:

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews. Put all the ingredients in a container and puree with a hand blender.

Then place the cream in a sealable container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Here it will thicken a little more. When serving, garnish with fresh berries and fruits.

If the cashew cream is too thick, you can simply make it more liquid with a little nut milk. For the cannabis rum, we recommend Blueberry or a cookie strain like Anesia Scout Cookies.
