All seeds are stored by us opaque, cooled/temperature-controlled and of course in their original packaging. In this way, the seeds always remain "fresh" and retain the highest germination capacity. We also guarantee that the seeds are only stored with us for a maximum of 8 weeks.

All orders are sent absolutely inconspicuously, discreetly in a neutral bubble envelope (can be bought in any stationery shop) or parcel. The sender information is neutral and does not give any indication of the contents. There is nothing on the envelope but the address, neutral sender and stamps. No pictures, no hemp leaves!

At the checkout you can choose between different shipping methods:

  • Europe-wide shipping for seeds without tracking number: delivery time: 4-7 days, shipping costs: € 5
  • Europe-wide shipping for seeds with tracking number (UPS) Delivery time: 2-3 days, shipping costs: € 5
  • Europe-wide shipping for grow orders: Delivery time: 3-4 days, Shipping costs: 15 €
  • Europe-wide shipping for combined order: grow order (with tracking) + seed order without tracking: delivery time: 4-7 days, shipping costs: 20 €.
  • Europe-wide shipping for combined order: grow order + seed order with tracking (UPS), delivery time: 3-4 days, shipping costs: 15 €.

Payment, shipping costs, warranty

Payment is made by bank transfer and cash in advance. You can pay 1000Seeds by bank transfer, the fastest way is by online bank transfer to our Spanish bank account. Please remember to include your order number in the reason for payment. Bank transfer is safe and discreet. Your bank statement will not show any reference to cannabis.

Between European countries, the bank transfer is quick and easy, e.g. via online banking, within 2-4 days. As soon as your payment is credited to our account, your package will be shipped by the shortest route.

  • Please make sure that you enter the IBAN or SWIFT/BIC code in the spaces provided.
  • Please enter your order number as the reason for payment, which you received by email with your order confirmation, so that we can allocate your transfer.
  • Outside Spain we only deliver against prepayment. Cash on delivery payments are only possible within Spain.

After you have made your selection and placed the desired products in the shopping cart, please check again that everything is correct. Then you can click on the "checkout" button to continue and complete your order.
The total amount includes all taxes and all shipping costs, there are no additional costs for you (except for countries outside the EU for possible local customs).

Why can't I pay with Pay Pal at 1000Seeds?

Pay Pal does not work with companies that sell cannabis seeds. With an existing Pay Pal account, it would have to be expected at any time that funds would simply be frozen and retained by Pay Pal due to their terms and conditions. Pay Pal is therefore not safe for online shops and their customers dealing with cannabis seeds and therefore not a reliable partner for our customers and us when it comes to buying seeds. We therefore do not offer this payment option in our online shop.

I don't have a bank account, how can I pay?

  • Just go to the post office and make a cash deposit into our account.

The statutory liability for defects applies. We ask you to check your consignment with the ordered products for completeness and transport damage directly upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, we will replace them without exception. To do this, you must inform us of the damage within 3 days by email. Return form form on our site and send us a photo to shipping(a)1000Seeds.info. We will arrange for the damaged product to be collected, inspected as soon as it arrives and then replace it or issue a voucher for your next purchase.
