Cannabis infused sugar

Here is a simple recipe for cannabis-infused sugar. For this Cannabis tincture is used. The beauty of it is that you can produce the cannabis sugar without much effort.

What you need for it:

• Mixing bowl
• Measuring Cup & Spoon
• Cake tray
• Granulated sugar, optionally coloured sugar
• Cannabis tincture

This is how it's done:

Place 1 cup of granulated sugar together with a tablespoon of cannabis tincture in a mixing bowl and mix well so that the tincture is completely absorbed into the sugar. Spread the mixture in an even thin layer on a baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes at approx. 90° C to evaporate the alcohol. Then remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. The sugar is now probably lumpy, this is normal and therefore it should be pressed through a coarse metal sieve with a tablespoon. The cannabis infused sugar is ready and should be stored in an airtight container.

Use:

Cannabis sugar is versatile and also a nice thing to have on the go - in tea, coffee, muesli or wherever you like to add it. If you like colours, you can also use coloured sugar (with natural food colouring), which is already available for purchase.
