Cannabis toast, cooking and baking with cannabis, marijuana recipes

Hola friends of green cooking and baking,

Today I would like to introduce you to a recipe for cannabis toast. It's quick and puts a smile on your face at breakfast time 😉 Add to that a Cannabis coffee and the day can begin.

Ingredients:

  • 18g salt
  • 100ml water
  • 12g yeast
  • 1kg flour
  • 20g sugar
  • 20g starch flour
  • 70g soft Cannabis butter
  • 20g baking malt
  • 500 ml cold milk

Preparation:
First, the salt and sugar are mixed well with the water and yeast and left to stand in a warm word for 45 minutes. Then knead the yeast mixture in a bowl with the remaining ingredients for 10 minutes to form a slightly sticky dough. (It is best to use a food processor or mixer with a dough hook). Then cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
When the dough has risen, knead it again briefly on a floured surface and fill it into a loaf tin (only fill the tin halfway, the toast doubles in volume during baking). Cover the tin with a damp cloth and let the dough rise again for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the toast for 40-45 minutes.
