Green Marijuana Asparagus Soup

Green asparagus is a true superfood. It contains no fat and has only a few calories.
The high chlorophyll content, which gives it its green colour, provides a stronger taste. Green asparagus contains vitamin C and beta-carotene (provitamin A). Other vitamins of the B group, minerals and protein are what make this delicious noble vegetable so healthy. In combination with cannabis, the medicinal effects are perfected and this soup becomes a real energy booster with the necessary kick.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g green asparagus
  • a handful of young fresh cannabis leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 2 TBSP. Cannabis olive oil
  • 800 ml water
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 juice of a lemon
  • ½ avocado

To serve:

Sprouts, cashews

Preparation:

Wash the asparagus, pat dry and remove the woody ends. Then cut the asparagus into pieces. Peel the onion and potato and cut into small cubes.
Heat the cannabis olive oil in a pot, add the onion and fry briefly. Then add the potato pieces and the asparagus and pour in water. Now cover and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Pour the lemon juice into the soup and add the small young cannabis leaves. Then puree everything with a magic wand until it is nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper and dilute with water if the soup is too thick.

Finally, stir in a tbsp. Cannabis olive oil (or even more) and the take-off can begin. More recipes here.
