The temperatures are climbing to tropical heights and what could be better than cooling down from the inside? So today we have a recipe for a mango weed lassi, an ingenious cool yoghurt speciality as a delicious refreshment. Not only those who have already experienced India's summer will love this mango foam. And with a little weed it becomes even more delicious and the mangos complement each other perfectly with cannabis. High even expand 😉

Mango Weed LassiIngredients:

  • 250mg natural yoghurt
  • 120ml whole milk
  • 50ml cream
  • 4g Weed
  • 200g mangoes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • (4TL sugar)

Preparation:
First, bring the milk and cream to the boil in a pot and reduce the temperature. Then add the finely ground buds and simmer the mixture for 30 minutes, stirring several times. The milk is then left to cool and poured through a fine sieve. Chill the finished cannabis milk well in the refrigerator or briefly in the freezer.
When the milk is cold, peel and dice the mangoes and puree them together with the cannabis milk and the yoghurt speciality in a blender or with a magic wand. If you like, you can add a little sugar. Serve ice cold and enjoy!
