Cannabis Carrot Cake

Today a recipe for a delicious cannabis carrot cake . Before, I couldn't even begin to imagine eating a cake with carrots. Until I tasted the first one anyway. This cake here not only tastes delicious and is super juicy, it also gives us that special kick 😉

Ingredients for the dough

  • 1 1/4 cups Cannabis oil
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups grated carrots

Ingredients for the glaze

  • 1/2 cup Cannabis butter
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 200g cream cheese

 Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Scrape the pulp out of the vanilla pod and whisk together with the Cannabis oilBeat the vanilla bean, the eggs and the sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until frothy. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and continue to mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Finally, stir in the grated carrots and pour the batter into a greased cake tin. Bake the carrot cake for about 45 minutes and then leave to cool for about 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the tin and leave to cool completely.

For the icing, melt the butter, scrape the pulp out of the vanilla pod and mix well with the icing sugar and cream cheese using a hand mixer on the highest speed until a creamy consistency is achieved. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake.
