Ballasts for NDL and MH lamps

Ballasts are needed for the operation of metal halide lamps (MH lamps) and high pressure sodium lamps (HPS lamps) in indoor cultivation. Without them, these lamps will not work. Analogue units contain, among other things, a transformer, capacitor and the corresponding connecting wires. Ballasts are connected to the lamp socket.

Analogue ballasts are cheap to buy, but have a relatively high weight and generate heat. Electronic ballasts are lightweight, almost silent and produce little or no heat. In our online shop you will find a wide range of analogue and electronic ballasts as well as dimmable ballasts with different wattages: 150W, 250W, 400W, 600W, 1000W. It is important that the wattage of the ballast matches the wattage of the lamp (i.e. 400W ballast with 400W NDL lamp, 600W ballast with 600W NDL lamp etc.).
