Cannabis gazpacho

Summer is here and we Spaniards love our gazpacho, a cold tomato soup that can be made quickly without much effort. There are different recipes in different regions and every family has its own family recipe. I like it best without a lot of fancy stuff, but with Cannabis olive oil. The soup not only tastes delicious, but you also get something out of it afterwards 🙂

Cannabis gazpachoIngredients:

  • 400g very ripe tomatoes
  • 150g green peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 75ml Cannabis olive oil
  • 75ml vinegar
  • 200ml water
  • 2 slices stale white bread
  • 2 tsp basil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Feeding:

Soak the bread slices in water for 10 minutes and squeeze them out. Remove the seeds from the peppers and blend together with the other ingredients for the gazpacho in a blender or with a magic wand to a smooth cream and pass through a sieve. Season if necessary and refrigerate for several hours. The soup must be ice cold when serving.

The gazpacho is very quick to prepare and refreshing, especially during the summer. Enjoy the warm days!
