Semolina dumpling soup: tasty, fluffy and infused

Clear soups convey something classic and warm you up. Together with the valuable cannabinoids in cannabis, this semolina dumpling soup is just the right start for an exciting menu together.

That's what you need:

  • 1L clear vegetable stock
  • 40g high quality margarine
  • 8 tbsp wheat semolina
  • 2 tsp chickpea flour
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons mineral water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • No-Egg according to 2 eggs, mix according to package instructions
  • 1-3 tbsp. cannabis oil (as desired)
  • Chives cut into fine rings

This is how it works:

Knead the soft margarine together with the other ingredients into a dough, which should be rather firm. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Then bring the vegetable stock to the boil, turn down the heat and use a tablespoon to make small dumplings out of the dough. If necessary, shape them a little with your fingers and let them steep in the broth until the semolina dumplings rise to the surface. This happens after about 10 minutes. Finally, refine with a tablespoon of cannabis oil of your choice, decorate with chive rings and serve.
