Salsa Chimichurri

Chimchurri with cannabis, marijuana recipes, cooking with weed

Today I would like to present you with a recipe for a typical South American salsa, which has become an indispensable part of our cuisine in Spain. Of course, my salsa chimichurri also has that certain something that we love so much. This salsa is best served with grilled meat, but it is also excellent for a convivial fondue.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh chopped parsleySalsa Chimichurri
  • 1 cup Cannabis oil
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped oregano
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:

Mix the parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper well with a blender or magic wand and add the Cannabis oil add the cannabis oil. Blend until a nice, creamy consistency is reached. Pour the salsa into a small bowl and cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
