Cannabis chocolate, recipes with cannabis, baking with cannabis

Today I would like to introduce you to a recipe for cannabis chocolate. Goes quickly and kicks really hard 😀

 Ingredients:

  • 20 g cannabis
  • 400 g dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa content)

Preparation:

To increase the effect, the buds should be placed in the oven at 100°C for 25 minutes. This transforms ingredients and the effect of the cannabis chocolate becomes stronger.
Then melt the chocolate carefully in a water bath, the bowl with the chocolate should not come into contact with the water. The chocolate should only be heated by the steam, then the consistency of the end product will simply be better. Take the buds out of the oven, let them cool down for a few minutes and then grind them to a fine dust with a grinder or better a coffee grinder. It's best to filter it again briefly through a fine sieve so that small pieces of the stalks are filtered out. Then stir the "cannabis flour" into the melted chocolate and fill into chocolate moulds (silicone ice cube moulds work great). Put the moulds in the fridge and let the chocolate cool.

You should first try a little of the chocolate and remember that the effect only sets in after some time. It's best to have a "normal" bar of chocolate ready, so that you don't munch on half the ration of dope chocolate out of sheer desire for sweets. I speak from experience 😉
