Hola my dear gourmets,
Today we have a delicious soup recipe in the Canna Cooking Studio - for a pumpkin cream soup with a kick. The cannabis butter used ensures that this delicious soup also has the necessary effect 😉
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle gourd (diameter approx. : 20-25 cm)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ chilli pepper
- 7 TBSP. Cannabis oil
- 2 TBSP. Cannabis butter
- 750ml vegetable stock
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Cream to taste
- roasted pumpkin seeds for decoration
Preparation:
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes, also dice the onion. Then heat the Cannabis oil in a saucepan on medium heat and sauté the pumpkin cubes in it for 5 minutes, add the onion and garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then pour in the vegetable stock, add the chilli pepper and simmer until the pumpkin has softened.
When the pumpkin is soft, purée the soup with a magic wand, add the Cannabis butter and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finally, refine the pumpkin soup with a dollop of cream or crème fraiche. Garnish the soup with a few roasted pumpkin seeds and enjoy the effect after the meal.
With a canna-pumpkin soup as a basis, the best time of the year can then slowly begin - harvest time 🙂
Variations on cannabis pumpkin cream soup:
If you like, you can add a pear or carrot to the pumpkin cream soup or use coconut milk instead of cream to create exotically interesting variations.
