Banana honey hash ice cream

Summer is here and what better than cooling down from the inside with a delicious, fruity ice cream. And of course, the ice cream should not only taste good, best it should also have a good effect 😉 . So if you have some dope left over, you can easily and even without an ice cream maker make a super fruity banana honey hash ice cream and really enjoy the sun with it:

 

Ingredients:

  • 500ml cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 450g bananas
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 7-8g hashish
  • 75 g sugar
  • 5 tablespoons honey

icePreparation:
Heat the cream in a saucepan until it almost boils. In the meantime, melt the butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt in a second pot and crumble the hashish into the liquid butter, always stirring everything well. Once the dope has dissolved, pour the cream into the butter mixture and stir well again. In a bowl, mash the bananas (it works best with a blender) and add the cream-butter mixture, the rum and honey and mix everything very well (you can add other ingredients such as nuts, chopped chocolate,...).
Stir the mixture until a homogeneous paste-like consistency is obtained. Pour the mixture into a chilled plastic container (Tupperware), seal it and place it in the freezer for a few hours. Take the container out of the freezer and stir the mixture until you get a smooth consistency again. Seal everything again and put it back in the freezer until the ice cream is hard. Before serving, take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften in the refrigerator until it has the right consistency.
