Cannabis vanilla ice cream, recipes with cannabis, cooking with cannabis

Here is a recipe for a cannabis vanilla ice cream:

Ingredients:

1/2 l cream
1/2 l milk
15 g cannabis
1 teaspoon lecithin granules
3-4 tablespoons honey
1 vanilla pod
1 egg

Preparation:

Put the cream, milk and lecithin granules in a blender and blend together with the chopped (ground) buds for 1-2 minutes (alternatively use a magic wand or hand mixer). Now pour into a saucepan and boil gently in a bain-marie for 10 minutes (not too strongly, otherwise the mixture will be too thick). Then stir the honey into the warm milk and add the pulp of the vanilla pod. Allow the mixture to cool and then add the egg and beat in a mixer until frothy.
Then pour into the ice cream maker or alternatively fill into suitable containers (e.g. Tupperware or dessert trays), seal with lids or foil and place in the freezer for a few hours. This should be done quickly, otherwise the foam will liquefy again.

I like the cannabis vanilla ice cream best with cannabis chocolate topping, but also with hot raspberries or just plain monster delicious.
