Vegetarian Cannabis Lasagne

Today I would like to share with you my favourite cannabis lasagne recipe. I like it best as a vegetarian dish, but you can always fry up some minced meat and use it too.

Ingredients:

1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
600 g leaf spinach
150 g feta
8 g bruised buds
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
150 ml vegetable stock
250 ml cream
200 g cream cheese
20 g parmesan
12 lasagne sheets

Preparation:

Dice the onion and garlic and fry in the oil. Wash and chop the spinach and steam for 5 min. over low heat with a little water. Heat the vegetable stock, stir in the cream, cream cheese. Mix the spinach, onions, garlic, feta cubes and the finely ground buds and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Layer the lasagne sheets alternately with the spinach mixture and cream sauce in an oven dish. Cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminium foil and bake the cannabis lasagne in the oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Remove the lid or aluminium foil, sprinkle the cannabis lasagne with the Parmesan and bake for another 20 minutes.
