Falafel with Cannabis, Falafel Infused, Cannabis Recipes

Hola,

today I would like to introduce you to a recipe for a super delicious falafel, as you know me the whole of course with the special something 😉 The kick we get by using cannabis oil. The oil can be used not only for cooking, but it refines any salad and many patients swallow it pure filled in capsules. But now to the falafel, this is prepared very quickly and makes a great main course or finger food for the chill party.

Ingredients:

  • 200g chickpeas
  • 100g red lentils
  • 150ml vegetable broth
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon crushed coriander
  • 125ml Cannabis oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Soak the chickpeas in water for at least 12 hours (24 hours is better) so that they become soft. (It is not suitable already cooked chickpeas brooms from the jar, because they have less starch due to cooking and the falafel later falls apart when frying). Simmer the lentils in the vegetable broth until they have absorbed all the broth and are soft. Puree the drained chickpeas and lentils with the cannabis oil and the remaining ingredients, then let the mixture rest for half an hour. Form small balls out of it and fry them in hot fat. Drain the finished falafel on paper towels.

The falafel is best served with bread and a tasty salad.
