Flying Angel

Hola amigos,
it's Advent, the time to enjoy a delicious sip with friends. Therefore, I would like to share with you my recipe for a Flying Angel. It's a liqueur with a wonderful marzipan flavor and a great marijuana effect. Any questions?
Ingredients:
- 150g white chocolate
- 75g sugar
- 10-15g cannabis
- 1 egg
- 500ml cream
- 300ml amaretto
Preparation:
The cannabis descarboxylate, chop well and infuse in a saucepan with half of the cream over medium heat for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the white chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Then pour the melted chocolate to the cream-cannabis mixture, add the sugar and the egg and mix until smooth.
Then stir in the amaretto and leave to infuse for a further 10 minutes over medium heat. Then remove the pot from the stove, stir in the remaining cream and fill the liqueur into a bottle with a funnel.
In the refrigerator, the Flying Angel can be kept for about 4 weeks, but it is guaranteed not to survive that long 😉
