Raspberry heaven is a very fruity dessert that can easily be prepared the day before and has a heavenly effect thanks to the cannabis-infused sugar.

Raspberry HeavenIngredients:

  • 400g cream quark
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Peel of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon liqueur
  • 200g whipped cream
  • 400g frozen raspberries
  • 100g Cannabis sugar
  • 100g brown cane sugar

That's how it's done:

Stir the yoghurt with the grated lemon zest, the lemon liqueur and a tablespoon of sugar until smooth. Then whip the whipped cream until stiff and carefully fold into the yoghurt.

Fill the mixture in layers in a bowl with the still frozen raspberries. One layer of yoghurt, one layer of raspberries, etc.

Finally, sprinkle the cane sugar and the Cannabis sugar evenly over the top and place the bowl in the fridge overnight so that the sugar melts into a crust.
