Hot Cannabis Chocolate

Pre-Christmas time, biscuit time, and even here in southern Spain it gets pretty cold at night. So what could be better than getting cosy at home, snacking on some biscuits and drinking a hot chocolate with a twist? Here's a quick recipe for a delicious hot cannabis chocolate.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup cream
• 150 g pure chocolate without sugar
• 4 g cannabis
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 5 teaspoon sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation:

Heat the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. After a while, add the cream, cinnamon and cannabis and continue to heat, stirring, until the milk starts to boil. Once it has started to boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until it has dissolved. The delicious hot cannabis chocolate is ready.

Personally, I like them best with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
