Since many people don't want to or can't use their garden, or simply don't have one, the only option left for many is guerrilla growing, i.e. secret cultivation in the wild. The big advantage of guerrilla growing is that if the plants are found, no one will associate the gardener with them. The disadvantage is that the plants cannot be controlled constantly and that losses can occur, be it through animal browsing or unpleasant contemporaries.
Selection of suitable varieties
At the beginning of each grow, the gardener is faced with the question of which variety or varieties to grow. Choosing the right place
Planning your grow is very important. Before germinating the seeds, it is important to know what the right strains are and where to place the plants. After all, what good are the best strains if you can't care for them properly or if they are seen by others and you are deprived of the reward for your efforts. Therefore, it is important to avoid busy areas and to check the chosen spot thoroughly that it is not visible from any side. When choosing the right spot, it is also important not to forget that it should not be easy to see the place from the air. In the meantime, helicopters are even used to search for plantations. Many a clearing that cannot be seen from the ground has the character of a lighthouse from a bird's eye view. It is also worth remembering that many a place that is not visited in winter or spring turns out to be a real picnic spot in summer. So it is best to know your grow sites for several years and know exactly that they will not be visited by uninvited visitors.
Another important consideration when choosing the right location is the availability of water. Cannabis plants need a lot of water, especially during flowering. Therefore, it is important to water the ladies regularly, especially when it is not raining for a long time. Either you have to carry the water (and unobtrusively) or you look for a place near a stream or pond. This way you can get the water you need to the plants without much effort. You should also pay attention to the condition of the soil. Soil that is too loamy is just as bad as soil that is too loose and cannot hold the water. Ideally, use a place where nettles grow. They need the same soil conditions as cannabis. They also improve the soil, provide shade for the young plants and act as a natural barrier. Very few people go into a stinging nettle field voluntarily, unless they have their cuties in it 😉 .

Growing your babies in a single place undoubtedly has a lot of advantages, you only have to look for a suitable place and you can take care of all the plants in one go. This of course makes successful growing much easier. BUT, yes there is a big but, if the spot blows up the whole crop is lost. That's why it makes sense to divide your plants among several different locations. In addition, this way they are protected from epidemics that can spread quickly. If a parasite or fungus spreads, only a few plants are affected and the rest can grow and flower healthily.
Preparation of the planting site
Once the suitable place(s) have been found, it is time to prepare the grow space. In any case, you should arm yourself with a spade to dig around the soil and make a planting hole. After you have planted the plants and watered them, you should definitely erect a fence of chicken wire around each plant.
