Carpaccio with marijuana

Ingredients:

  • 400g fillet of beef or roast beef
  • Rocket
  • Parmesan
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 100g pine nuts
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Cannabis oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Baguette

That's how it's done:

Cut the fillet of beef into very thin slices with a very sharp knife or a slicing machine. To make the fillet easier to cut, it should be slightly frozen beforehand.

Drizzle the plates with balsamic vinegar and spread with a brush so that the entire plate is thinly covered.

Toast the pine nuts in a pan and wash the rocket.

Trap the slices of fillet of beef together with the rocket and pine nuts on the plate and thinly shave the Parmesan over them.

Season with pepper, salt and lemon juice and drizzle over the Cannabis oil drizzle over the top.

Serve immediately with the baguette.
