Vegetarian Marijuana Spring Rolls

Spring rolls come from Asia and can be filled with a variety of fresh ingredients, reflecting the freshness of spring and the summer months. Personally, I like them best vegetarian with some delicious dips. And of course, marijuana spring rolls cannot lack the desired effect. This is taken care of by the Cannabis oil, so that they not only taste delicious, but also bring fun and chilling hours 😉 .

Ingredients:

Spring rolls

  • 20 sheets rice paper
  • 1 jar of sprouts
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 bunches spring onions
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Cannabis oil
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
Peanut dip 

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 TBSP. Cannabis oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp. chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp fish stock

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cannabis spring rolls

Preparation:
Place the rice paper in cold water and then spread it out on a wet kitchen towel. Grate the carrots, chop the garlic and fry both with cannabis oil. Then add the finely chopped Chinese cabbage and spring onions and fry briefly. Finally, add the sprouts and deglaze with the soy sauce and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Place 1-2 tbsp of the vegetable mixture on each rice paper, fold in the bottom corner first, then the sides and roll up, moistening again if necessary to glue the rolls properly.

Before serving, fry the spring rolls in sesame or cannabis oil so that they become nice and crispy. For the dip, simply mix the ingredients.
