If chocolate is your thing, you can't go wrong with this cake. The cannabis oil in the topping gives it that special effect we love and appreciate.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 30ml cannabis oil
  • dark chocolate

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 175 ° C
  • Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder and then put them in a small bowl with 3 tablespoons of warm water to activate them.
  • In a large bowl, mix the almond milk and vinegar and leave to infuse for a few minutes.
  • Then melt the coconut oil and add to the almond milk-vinegar mixture together with the agave syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Then add the flaxseed, cocoa powder, sugar, flour and salt and mix until the dough is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for approx. 20-30 minutes.
  • When the cake has cooled, melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water and add the cannabis oil once it has melted. Spread the topping on the cake.
  • (You can also add the melted chocolate to the mixture before baking and mix in the cannabis oil.(

I recommend serving the cake warm with vanilla ice cream.
