Gratinated goat cheese with infused hongi sauce

This is a vegetarian and very simple appetizer that delights not only for its stunning effect.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 large apples
  • Fresh goat cheese
  • mixed salad leaves (arugula, lettuce hearts, young small cannabis leaves, etc.)
  • 2 TBSP Cannabis honey
  • 1 TBSP Cannabis butter
  • 1/2 balsamic vinegar

This is how it's done:

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without fat), stirring constantly. Cut the apples into large slices 1.5 cm thick and remove the core. Place the apple slices in a greased baking dish and place a piece of fresh goat cheese on top of each.
  2. Bake the whole thing for 20 minutes until the cheese is nice and golden.
  3. Wash the salad and arrange on serving plates. Place the gratinated goat cheese on the salad and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
  4. Cannabis Butter, Cannabis Honey and balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper into the still warm mold and mix until everything is liquid. Then pour the sauce over the cheese and salad, ready!
  5. The non-vegitarians can still add smoked ham, also you can add cranberries for garnish and to round out the taste, or use walnuts.
