Cannabis Truffle Pasta

Ingredients:

Cannabis Truffle Pasta Recipe

  • 1 small truffle (20-25g)
  • 300g wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBSP. Cannabis oil
  • 1 leek
  • 1 TBSP. Cannabis butter
  • 125ml white wine
  • 150ml cream
  • 1 can truffle juice
  • 50g old parmesan
  • Pepper
  • Salt

That's how it's done:

Make your own cannabis noodleFirst clean the truffles with a soft brush. If you already have truffles preserved in truffle water, you can of course do without. Then cut off a small piece of truffle (about 5g), chop it and put it in a bowl with the flour.

Add the eggs, cannabis oil, salt and 2 tablespoons of water and mix everything with the dough hook of the hand mixer to a homogeneous mass.

Then knead the dough vigorously with your hands for 5 minutes on a floured surface, shape into a ball and place in the fridge for an hour.

For the sauce, clean and wash the leeks and remove the green cabbage. First cut the white parts of the leek into 3 cm long pieces and then into fine strips. Then heat the cannabis butter in a saucepan and sauté the leek strips in it over a low heat, deglaze with white wine and reduce completely over a low heat. Then stir in the cream and truffle juice and simmer until creamy. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and set aside until ready to serve.

Cannabis Truffle Pasta, Cannabis RecipesDivide the cooled pasta dough into thirds and roll out finely several times with a pasta machine (if you don't have a pasta machine, you can of course also use a floured rolling pin). Then shape the dough into ribbon noodles with the cutting roller or cut the dough with a kitchen knife. Sprinkle a baking tray with semolina and place the noodles on it until they are cooked so that they do not stick together.

Cook the pasta in a large pot with plenty of salted water for 4-5 minutes until al dente. Bring the truffle sauce to the boil briefly, refine with 2-3 tablespoons of cannabis oil and mix with the finished pasta. Arrange on the plate, sprinkle with the remaining truffle and Parmesan and serve.
