The project for this new cannabis strain started over 4 years ago in the Delicious Seeds breeding room. For their Golosa, they crossed a grapefruit with a mango and selected the resulting plants for aroma and colouring. Afterwards, the Bay 11 was crossed in and also selected over several generations. The result of this elaborate crossing is a very dark, feminised cannabis strain that already achieved over 26% THC content in tests.

Golosa by Delicious Seeds: a dark THC bomb

Golosa is an 80% indica that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor growing or the greenhouse. She has an average flowering time of only 7 weeks and can be harvested outdoors as early as early to mid-September. It delivers immense yields of 550g per m² in a breathtakingly short time, or an incredible 1500g per plant in good outdoor locations. Especially towards the end of the flowering period, her leaves and buds turn very dark and almost black. Golosa is a cannabis strain that is very resistant to mould and other diseases, so it is also great for novices, grower experts can expect huge and very potent harvests.

Her aroma is fruity and tart, reminiscent of grapefruits and green mangoes, and her flavour has an additional coffee-like finish. Its effect is extremely strong with a THC content of 26% and only little CBD, so it should be enjoyed moderately.
