Chilled pear with red wineIngredients

This is how it is done

First peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the core. Immediately sprinkle the pear halves with lemon juice.

Then bring the red wine, sugar and cinnamon stick to the boil in a pot and simmer the grinded cannabis in it for 15 minutes.

Then cook the pear halves in it for 5-10 minutes until they are soft. Remove the pears and leave to cool.

Simmer the red wine-cannabis stock until it becomes a syrupy sauce.

The Cannabis vanilla ice cream on a plate, add 2 pear halves and a dollop of whipped cream to each and decorate with the red wine sauce.
