CannaMayo

Today we have a recipe for a CannaMayo, a mayonnaise with a difference. Mayonnaise is an emulsion and can therefore sometimes be a little difficult to make. You should use a magic wand to make it. Although you can also whip the CannaMayo by hand, this can take up to 10 minutes. With the magic wand, however, it is ready in much less time and you can enjoy it more 😉 .

Ingredients:

  • Cannamayo1 cup Cannabis oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt

Preparation:

Pour the egg yolk into a tall container, add the salt, lemon juice and mustard and mix with a magic wand. Then add the Cannabis oil drop by drop to the egg yolk, moving the wand up and down. As soon as the mixture has absorbed the oil drops and begins to thicken, the cannabis oil can be slowly poured in. The consistency of the CannaMayo will slowly become more solid, but this can take time. It is incredibly important to add the oil very slowly at first, drop by drop, and beat the mixture continuously. If the oil is added too quickly, the egg will start to curdle and the CannaMayo will become nothing.

The CannaMayo should be eaten immediately because of the raw ice cream. However, it can be stored well sealed in the refrigerator for a few days.
