Cannabis cigars are currently the full rage product in the USA. They are artfully, lavishly and with the best that the cannabis plant has to offer and are now created in the most diverse forms. The inventor and trigger of the boom is an American cannabis lover who, under the nickname "afgoohead", made himself known on the Internet at breakneck speed and inspired the stoner community with his marijuana works of art. His cannabis cigars, or death sticks, sometimes cost $400 and up. If you're a bit handy and like to tinker, you can also make your own cannabis cigar and, with a little practice, possibly conjure up similarly fascinating weed cigars. Of course, such a pure weed cigar has it neat in itself and blows you times right from the chair.
What is needed for the production of a weed cigar?
- Bamboo skewers
- Brush
- Resin oil/Cannabis oil
- dried marijuana flowers, without stems and stalks
- Possibly pine
- fresh, large cannabis leaves
- Hemp cord
How to make a cannabis cigar yourself?
Step 1:
First, take a bamboo skewer and brush it with the (sticky) cannabis oil. Now place the dried cannabis flowers around the skewer, close together, without any gaps or spaces. Press against the skewer and make a bud layer around the skewer. This works best with very resinous flowers. If the flowers do not stay well fixed, you can put some cannabis oil between the flowers right away. The cannabis oil serves as a glue for the entire production of the cannabis cigar. If you want, you can now brush cannabis oil on the first flower layer and make another flower layer over it, depending on how thick the bud layer has become or how thick the cigar should be later. On the surface of the stick first give no cannabis oil, because now the skewer with the cannabis flowers around the outside, tightly wrapped with hemp string or wrapped as can be seen in the photos.
Step 2:
The or wrapped skewer now remains for 3 days in a dark, clean and protected place. During this time, the flowers are pressed into shape by the hemp string and adapt to the stick.
Step 3:
After three days, unwrap the stick and remove the hemp string. Now brush cannabis oil on the pressed flower layer and who wants can now roll the whole thing in Kief or sprinkle with it and / or refine with Qiso and large concentrate drops.
Step 4:
Now coat the fresh marijuana leaves without the stem with cannabis oil and wrap around the stick (1-2 layers).
6th step:
Then wrap the cannabis cigar tightly again with hemp string and place it in a clean, dry and dark place for at least 6 days until it dries.
7th step:
When the canna-cigar has dried after a few days, it is ready for use and your ticket to other spheres. Before smoking, carefully pull out the skewer (s). Of course, there are no limits to your imagination when it comes to the implementation. If the marijuana cigar becomes thicker, several (possibly also thicker) skewers should first be integrated in the production, as afgooey does, so that really a good draft is ensured when smoking, because otherwise the part does not burn or not evenly.
