Cannabis pumpkin pie
Hola amigos,
Halloween is practically upon us, the festival of sweets, scary things and, of course, pumpkins. So it makes sense to make the Halloween party an absolute hit with a delicious cannabis pumpkin cake. But don't overdo it, you don't want all the party-goers hanging in the corner 😉

Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 450g brown sugar
- 350ml Cannabis oil
- 4 eggs
- 800g pumpkin flesh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100g ground hazelnuts or almonds
- 100g sultanas
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Preparation:
Chop the pumpkin flesh well, preferably grate it. Then mix the sugar, the Cannabis oil and the eggs with a hand mixer. Add the flour, the chopped pumpkin flesh and the remaining ingredients and mix well. If the dough is still too liquid, add a little more flour.
Grease a large round baking tin and pour in the batter. The batter should not fill more than 2/3 of the tin.
Bake the cannabis pumpkin cake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 75 minutes.
If you want it decorative, you can make an orange cake icing from icing sugar, water and red food colouring and decorate the cake together with chocolate icing.
