Description:

Sour Diesel is the mother of many famous cannabis strains and a legend not only in the USA. She is Sativa dominant and combines the genes of a Mexican Sativa with those of an Afghan Indica cross. Sour Diesel is an indispensable part of modern cannabis breeding.

Sour Diesel by 1000Seeds Genetics has 70% sativa genes and grows explosively. Indoors, it has a flowering time of 9-10 weeks and produces very dark, almost purple-coloured leaves and extremely resinous, white buds. The harvests are above average with 500-550g per m², outdoors even 650g per plant can be harvested in mid-October. It is very robust against pests and diseases and can also be grown outdoors in protected areas in Central Europe.

The aroma of the Sour Diesel gave it its name and is a mixture of fresh lemon with a petrol-like note. Its effect is legendary and exactly what makes a first-class hybrid. Sour Diesel is body relaxing, yet mentally invigorating and activating. It is therefore also very popular as medicinal cannabis for pain, stress and panic attacks.

Sour Diesel by 1000Seeds Genetics has a very vigorous growth and stretches enormously during the first 3 weeks of flowering. Therefore, especially in low growrooms, flowering must be initiated very quickly to avoid space problems later on. She reacts excellently to low-stress-training (LST) and produces the biggest harvests as ScrOG (Screen of Green).
