Purps OG by Anesia Seeds: Two exceptional American strains united in one colorful beauty.

For the Purps OG, Anesia Seeds crossed an original Medo Purps Elite clone with a Ghost OG. Mendo Purps, also known as Mendocino Purps, landed in the top 10 strains of High Times Magazine in 2007. It originated in California and has become legendary for its exceedingly heavy effects. Ghost OG is a descendant of Triangle Kush, a 50/50 hybrid with genetic background from Afghanistan and South America. After being selected and backcrossed over 6 generations, Purps OG is a slightly sativa-dominant strain new to the market that flowers in wonderful purple and red hues.

Purps OG has a very short flowering time of only 55 days indoors and can be harvested outdoors already in late September / early October. This allows her to escape the wet and cold autumn weather and can also be grown very well outdoors in Central Europe. Purps OG grows 70-90cm tall in the growroom, outdoors it can grow over 150cm. The harvests are above average due to her Ghost OG father. In the growroom, yields of 600g per m² have been achieved, outdoors 750g per plant is the norm in sunny locations.

Purps OG has inherited from her parents the pine aroma, which is underlaid with strong caramel and coffee tones. When dried, the buds give off an intense coffee scent with a slight hint of lemon. It has a THC content of 24% and a very balanced effect that lasts for several hours. Its effects calm the body and mind without making you tired. Because of its mood-lifting effect, it is suitable as a medicinal cannabis for depression and anxiety symptoms, but also to relieve pain.
