For Gypsy Widow, two types of White Widow were combined. Exotic Seed crossed a fast-flowering, indica-dominant variety with dense buds and a sativa-heavy White Widow with a long flowering time and high resin production.

The cultivation is particularly easy indoors if sufficient attention is paid to the climate and the parameters. In relation to the high yields, the 9-week flowering period is not a long time and it can be harvested several times per season. Outdoors, the buds literally grow into each other and condense into white balls that develop an intense smell. The buds become so heavy that the plants need to be supported before harvest time. With an ample supply of nutrients, enormous yields of up to 1 kilogram per plant are possible. Thick and dark leaves indicate in advance that everything is thriving.
