Congo is a landrace from the Central African country that we brought back from our trip to Africa and feminised over 2 generations. Congo originates from the tropical rainforest near the equator and grows there all year round. She is a very tall growing sativa with a huge headbud and only a few side branches. Due to her region of origin with an extremely humid and humid climate, she has a very strong mould resistance and is not susceptible to parasite infestation.

Congo is perfect for the growroom, but can also be grown outdoors. It flowers relatively short for a pure sativa with 10-12 weeks and can be harvested in mid-October when grown outdoors. When growing indoorgrow, one should pay attention to a high humidity and feed it moderately with nutrients. During the flowering phase, phosphorus and potassium should be slowly increased from the 3rd week of flowering. Congo reliably yields 500-550g per m² and in greenhouse or outdoor growing even 750g per plant can be achieved.

The aroma of Congo is very fresh, lemony and it has a fruity taste of wild strawberries. Its effect is purely cerebral (mental) without causing physical effects. Therefore, Congo is suitable for consumption during the day or for dancing through euphoric nights with friends.
