What you need:

• 2 cups pumpkin seeds
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil (room temperature)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 tsp hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

This is how it works:

Preheat the oven to 120° C and place the pumpkin seeds, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and coconut oil in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, pepper, cumin and ceyenne pepper and sprinkle over the pumpkin seeds.

Now spread the pumpkin seeds evenly in a pan together with the coconut oil and bake for 45-50 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and then serve.

White chopped off chocolate hand

What you need:

• 1 disposable vinyl glove (food grade), without powder 680g
• white, (vegan coco) chocolate
• 2-3 tablespoons cannabis coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons melted white chocolate
• red jam

This is how it works:

• Melt the white chocolate and mix it with the cannabis coconut oil.
• With the help of another person, the liquid chocolate is now poured into the disposable glove.
• Then knot the disposable glove and hang it upright in the freezer.
• The other morning, take the chocolate hand out of the freezer and very carefully cut open and remove the disposable glove. This works best when the room temperature is not too high. If a finger breaks off, it is stylishly trapped on a plate along with the hand. The chocolate hand has a whitish yellowish color, which looks very appropriate.
• Now use a little melted white chocolate to glue the almond fingernails onto the hand. With a pointed knife a "crack" is scratched into the hand. In this crack now give the red jam and also at the end of the hand. A larger blob of red jam is later used for dipping and looks creepier.

Chilled and infused apple cider

What you need:

• 2 liters of cider
• ¾ cup sugar
• 4 tablespoons honey ginger enriched with CBD or THC
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground allspice
• 500ml orange juice
• 1 liter ginger ale

In a large saucepan, add apple cider, sugar, CBD/THC honey, cinnamon and allspice. Heat the mixture over medium heat and mix until everything has dissolved. The drink can be served hot or cold.

Activities and pumpkin carving
