Cannabis Rose Blunt

Rolling a Cannabis Rose Blunt

Cannabis rose blunts were developed by a young and very talented woman and stormed the social networks in no time. These rose blunts are made from fresh rose petals and even have some therapeutic benefits. They have a beautiful appearance, a delicate rose aroma and are the absolute eye-catcher at every celebration or party. Additionally, they are a perfect gift for all cannabis lovers.

This is what you need to roll a cannabis rose blunt:

  • A grinder
  • A lighter
  • Grass/Cannabis flowers
  • an organically produced rose petal
  • a small toaster oven or a baking oven

This is how it works:

First, prepare your workspace and set up all the utensils. Grind the buds in the grinder so that they can be processed. Use fresh rose petals and cut off the hard base of the petal where the petals are attached to the flower. Removing the hard base will make it easier to roll later.

Wash the rose petals to free them from impurities such as insects, dirt and possible toxins. Then carefully and thoroughly dry the petals by dabbing them lightly with a kitchen towel.

Place the petals round side up in the oven on the baking paper. This prevents the rose petals from collapsing into each other when they start to wilt.
Now heat the rose petals in the oven in broil mode for about 10-15 seconds. You can see how they wilt and how the moisture escapes to collect under the petals.

Pay close attention to the temperature and the petals, as every oven is different. When heated, the petals become pliable and the colour darkens. The rose petals can now be joined together by licking or also with a little extract. Depending on the size of the rose, 3 petals are usually enough for a blunt. However, you can always use more rose petals and make a correspondingly larger rose blunt.

When the rose petals are connected and big enough to roll a blunt out of, put them back in the oven for about 10-15 seconds so that they dry even more and burn better later. If the petals are too wet, the rose blunt may run out or burn unevenly. When you take the rose petals out of the oven now, they are ready to be filled and rolled. Make sure that the rose blunt is filled evenly and not too tightly or too loosely.

Once the rose blunt is rolled, heat it again in the oven for 10-15 seconds. Take the rose blunt out of the oven and let it dry for 1-5 minutes so that the petals can dry further. The rose petals should not be too moist so that optimal burning is possible and the rose joint tastes better later.
The cannabis rose blunt is now ready and can be consumed.

Professional rolling of a rose blunt

Not everyone wants to smoke licked rose blunts and the temperatures in the oven, are not sufficient and long enough to ensure a killing of certain bacteria and viruses, e.g. cold viruses. The rose petals must also not be placed in the oven for too long, otherwise they cannot be rolled. But there are some other possibilities instead of saliva:

1st possibility: You use special blunt glue.
2nd possibility: cigar glue
3rd option: Cannabis concentrates and extracts. This is the best method and adds extra cannabinoids.

When combining the petals with cannabis concentrates, it is best to keep the concentrate warm. This makes it easier to apply and process. Do not use too much extract, but only as much as is necessary to stick the petals together. The extract can be applied with a dabber or a clean (hot) knife. You can use Wax, Shatter, Rosin etc. for this. Be careful not to use too much heat to burn the delicate rose petals.
When the cannabis rose blunt is finished rolling, let it dry for about 10-20 minutes. The time for drying depends on the humidity. If you use concentrates for gluing, the drying time will be longer, but the finished blunt will also be more potent. The cannabis rose blunt can be smoked as soon as it feels dry.

Cannabis Rose Cigars

Cannabis rose cigars can also be made in a special cigar press and then have a burning time of up to one hour. A wonderful gift for many occasions.

Extra tips

If you want to store the cannabis rose blunts for a longer period of time, you can also wrap them tightly with hemp string. These blunts can then be stored in glass containers and in the dark for longer periods of time. Longer than would otherwise be the case with regular blunts.
Fresh rose petals can also be bought individually (i.e. without the flower). These are cheaper than the whole roses and are perfect for practising.

You may need some time to get your hands on the perfect rose cannabis blunt. It takes some skill and practice. You may need to adjust the temperature and drying time to get the perfect result.

In our experience, the most suitable rose petals are those that have taken on a dark purple-red colour but still have sufficient suppleness.
It takes a few times longer to make a rose cannabis blunt compared to an ordinary blunt, but the amazement and wide smile it produces is definitely worth the effort.

What about health?

Rose petals produce less harmful substances when smoked than papers or tobacco would. Rose oil itself has some positive therapeutic properties that can be helpful in treating asthma, allergies, tension, depression and headaches.

The best cannabis strains for your rose cannabis blunt

Strains that are sweet and fruity are best. This complements the flavour of the rose aroma. You should avoid strains that have a very spicy and earthy aroma. This would drown out the taste of the roses.

  • Amnesia Haze: the perfect strain for the day, stimulating and with that extra power boost.
  • Amnesia Gold: its light sandalwood aroma goes very well with the delicate aromas of rose.
  • MOB Boss: Rare, berry, super fruity, very potent and the perfect companion for a rose cannabis blunt.
  • Strawberry Cough: A taste of fresh strawberries and a uniquely stimulating and energising effect.
  • California Kush: Fresh, lemony and exotically fruity with a THC content of 24%, which is impressive and produces very strong and long-lasting effects.
  • Blue Monkey is a cross between Black Domina and Blueberry, making it a very good choice for a rose blunt in terms of flavour.
  • Pineapple Punch: exotic fruity and sweet like pineapple.
  • Mango Cream: extremely berry, fruity and sweet.
  • Cherry Bomb: a bomb of sweet cherry flavour and effect.
  • Wild Rose: What could be more fitting for a cannabis rose blunt than this cannabis strain.
