The spacy apple tartare is extremely delicious, super-spacious and very easy to recreate, the ideal recipe for connoisseurs and cannabis lovers.
Ingredients:
- 1 package puff pastry
- 4 apples
- 3 eggs
- 250ml cream
- 5g hashish
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 pck. vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon cognac
That's how it's done:
Simmer the cream in a saucepan with the finely ground hash for at least an hour on low and then pour through a fine filter.
Then roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan, press on the edge about 3cm high and prick the bottom a few times with a fork. Then peel and core the apples and cut them into 0.5cm thick strips. Then mix the cream with the eggs, sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar and the cognac. Spread the apple slices on the puff pastry base and pour the cream-egg mixture over it. Sprinkle with the second packet of vanilla sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for about 75 minutes.
