Scroggin = the tying down and tying up of the plant branches in order to get the best and most even exposure of all buds afterwards.

The scrog method works with a grid or Trelli-Net which is placed above the rim of the pot. The net is either attached to the rim of the pot or hung in the growroom.
Scrogs can be made with single plants or with several. This way, you can get the most buds out of a relatively small space with just a few cannabis plants. The scrog method produces a large number of medium-sized buds.

This involves removing the small tip of the main shoot. The plant thereby stops its upward growth and uses the energy for the formation of side branches. The result is a bushy and spreading cannabis plant. Pruning the top should be done quite early during the growth phase (after about 2-3 weeks of growth, at the latest one week before flowering starts).

As soon as the plant has reached the height of the trellis, you can start tying it up. When the first shoot grows through the trellis, it is fixed to it. The side branches should be tied to the net and shaped in such a way that all shoots spread evenly and are also evenly lit. As soon as the net or trellis is completely filled with side shoots, flowering can begin.

When scrogging, it is recommended to remove the lowest branches of the plant so that the upper exposed branches get as much energy as possible.

For scrogging, it is best to use varieties that produce many side branches and strong shoots. Here are some examples of varieties that are particularly suitable:
