The new Wilma System Large V2 (4x 11L) is a robust and hydroponic drip irrigation system. It is a very good choice for novices and experienced growers alike. You can use the substrate of your choice: Soil, coco, expanded clay or rockwool. The system comes with the Maxi-Jet MJ-1000 pump. It makes watering the plants very easy and adding the nutrient solution is quick and effortless. It is designed to cultivate 4 medium-sized plants in it and consists of a nutrient tank on which the plant tray with the pots is placed. The nutrient solution is pumped up from the nutrient tank to the plant pots. This is done via a drip irrigation system. The nutrient solution then runs through the substrate and back into the tank. The pump used for irrigation, which is included in the set, can also be used to empty the nutrient tank. Very simple and uncomplicated. The Wilma V2 system has a completely sealed nutrient tank with a large cap. New nutrient solution can simply be added over it and no water can evaporate from the tank and cause too much air humidity in the grow room. One dripper hose supplies each plant pot.

Tip:

We recommend an air pump with bubbling stone such as the GHE Aeration pump ACO-2210 or the Aeration Pump Atman in the nutrient tank. This improves the quality of the nutrient solution, keeps it fresh longer and promotes the plants because it provides additional enrichment of the nutrient solution with oxygen. Always place air pumps above the water level so that no water can run back into the air pump. A timer for hydroponic systems allows you to control exactly when and for how long the pump should start and the plants should be watered: e.g. the Water Timer from GSE or the VDL digital timer.
