The Waterfarm by GHE is a complete hydroponic grow system for indoor cultivation. It features easy operation and is perfect for a small number of plants, a large plant or a mother plant. It increases growth with full control over the nutrition and development of the plant. AquaFarm/Waterfarm is the first indoor hydroponic system. It was developed almost 40 years ago in California by Lawrence Brooke, founder of General Hydroponics. Since 1975, thousands of these growing systems have been sold all over the world. The system is characterised by high user satisfaction because it produces large and very potent yields.

Die Pflanzen wachsen in einem mit Hydrokorrels gefüllten Topf. Dieser „Kulturtopf“ hängt über einem mit Nährlösung gefüllten Tank. Eine Luftpumpe  verteilt die Nährlösung über einen Bewässerungsring. Die Nährlösung läuft dabei durch den Blähton zurück in das Reservoir. Die Nährlösung wird hierbei ständig mit Sauerstoff versetzt, was für ein schnelles Wachstum der Pflanze und ihrer Wurzeln sorgt. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass die Pumpe dauerhaft läuft.
Das Schlauchstück an der Seite das Wasser-Tanks zeigt den Pegel der Nährlösung an. Er sollte in etwa auf der Höhe des eingehängten „Kulturtopfes“ sein.
