The Selecta electronic ballast is equipped with an internal microprocessor that causes the lamp to start slowly (soft start), thus extending its life. You can simply connect it to a reflector and use it immediately, because it is already wired (Plug & Play).
LEC products consistently produce a higher yield of buds and achieve larger buds. The electricity saving compared to conventional sodium vapour lamps and MH lamps is clearly visible.
