The Cool-Tube hard glass tube reflector is designed for sodium vapour lamps (NDL) of 250W, 400W and 600W. It is connected directly to the fan. In this way, the hot air is removed and there is no heat build-up, which plants do not like at all. The heat development of the lamp is reduced by 30-40% by the Cool-Tube. This makes it possible to hang the lamp closer to the plants, which leads to more light output and thus higher yields.
A Cooltube can be combined with any reflector.
