During the production process of plant substrates, all harmful components such as bacteria, insect larvae and fungal spores are normally eliminated. In the process, however, the beneficial microorganisms are also lost and this results in the substrate becoming more susceptible to pests and diseases. For a healthy growth of plants and to avoid further problems, microorganisms in the soil are urgently needed.

Beneficial bacteria produce enzymes that help break down enriched salts in the soil. They protect the root system from harmful pathogens and ensure vigorous growth. With the addition of Micromix Soil from Aptus, an optimal microbiotic soil climate is created that provides ideal growing conditions in the substrate.
Micromix Soil contains microorganisms and stimulants that remain active in the substrate mix. By fixing them in a special medium, the microorganisms are protected and fed. This ensures their stable and reliable effect. Mikromix Soil is only effective on natural substrates, so use it for soil mixes or coco substrates. It only needs to be used when repotting: add 1g per plant to the planting hole.
