This Lumatek CMH 315W 240V lamp is a pulse start lamp designed for use with the Lumatek 315W CMH (and Lumatek Aurora 315W) electronic ballast. It is manufactured using high quality ceramic arc tube technology and a special horticultural gas mixture. This produces an optimal spectrum for plant development.

CMH technology produces PAR / PPF values with low heat generation and high energy across the spectrum that are closer to sunlight and produce healthier plant growth and higher yields. With a CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of> 90%, CMH is perfect for growing high performance crops and plants for essential oil extraction. Lumatek 315W ceramic metal halide lamps (also known as CMH / CDM / LEC) are available with 4200K Daylight and with 3100K Agro.

The PCA ceramic arc tube allows the lamp to operate at higher internal temperatures, increasing colour rendering, performance and efficiency. PCA resists interaction with chemicals within the lamp, stabilising the chemical mixture for the life of the lamp, this in turn improves colour consistency and the PAR / PPF value is maintained. Pulse start technology allows for faster start and restart time and longer lamp life.
