She is a cross of two carefully selected Domina Ladies, a phenotype of the original Black Domina. La Calma is an almost pure Indica and grows with a huge headbud and only a few, slightly spreading side branches. She gets a very dark, at lower temperatures downright black colouring and should be grown indoors as SoG (Sea of Green) with 16 plants per m². Cultivated in this way, the 60-80cm high growing beauty delivers more than 550g perm² of highly potent medicinal weed in just 7-8 weeks of flowering. Outdoors or in a greenhouse, it grows medium-high to 1.5m and can be harvested as early as the beginning of September, escaping the bad autumn weather. Under good, sunny conditions, it produces yields of 450-500g per plant.

La Calma has a floral, very intense aroma and the taste is a composition of different directions due to the many different terpenes, in which eucalyptus and pine set the tone. This is due to the high terpene content of alpha-pinene and eucalyptol that the strain has. Alpha-pinene increases mental focus and has an anti-inflammatory and bronchodilator effect. Eucalyptol has a stimulating effect and is also bronchodilator.

The effect of La Calma, with 22% THC and 0.8% CBD, is indicatypically both physically and mentally calming and relaxing. It is excellent for relaxation after a hard day and for stress relief. In the medical field, La Calma is mainly used for insomnia, inner restlessness and asthma. In the case of asthma, a high THC content has a particularly effective medicinal effect, according to research results, and brings with it bronchodilator and anti-inflammatory effects. This effect is further enhanced by the high terpene concentration.
