Desfrán by Dutch Passion: a legendary cannabis strain from South America

Desfrán is the result of a triple cross of a Mexican Oaxaca with a Colombian Punto Rojo and a Meao. Alberto, the editor of Haze Magazine in Argetinen, brought this variety to the breeders of Dutch Passion, who then started their first joint project with South American breeding lines.

Desfrán is a pure sativa and still only needs 9-10 weeks of flowering time indoors. Outdoors, it can be harvested in mid-October. During the flowering phase she triples her height, so that she should be sent into flowering quickly indoors. She is excellent for SoG and ScrOG, yielding 550-600g per m², outdoors and greenhouse she yields over 800g per plant. Desfrán produces unusually dense and hard buds for a sativa, covered all over with resin. When dried, the buds look like glazed pinecones.

Desfrán has a very fruity aroma of pears and green apples, the taste is caramel with hints of grapes and melons. Early harvests can lead to a very cerebral and psychedelic high, while later harvests have a destructive effect.

Desfrán will also continue her triumphant march in Europe.
